Steps:


1. First, grind all the seasoning ingredients using a blender and grind until smooth to form a spice paste.


2. Heat coconut oil in a large enough skillet. Sauté ground spices, lemongrass, lime leaves, or bay leaves until fragrant


3. Enter the pieces of mutton in a pan or stir well with spices. Sauteed meat changes color wrapped in fine spices.
