CARA MEMBUAT  CAKE POTONG KEJU




Bahan :

4 Butir telur ayam

100 gr gula pasir

100 gr tepung terigu kunci biru

20 gr susu bubuk

1 bungkus vanili bubuk

75 gr butter, lelehkan


Olesan : buttercream

Topping : keju parut


Cara memasakyah :

kocok telur mengunakan mikser & gula hingga mengambang kental berjejak masukan tepung terigu ,susu bubuk dan vanili bubuk aduk rata dgn spatula.

Masukan butter leleh aduk rata .

masukan kedalam loyang 20x20 yg tlah dioles margarin & dialas baking paper.

masukan ke dalam oven panggang 120’c api atas bawah selama 25 menit (tergantung oven masing2 ) hingga matang. biarkan dianginkan - anginkan , lalu oles cake buttercream lalu taburi keju parut.


Material :

4 chicken eggs

100 gr sugar

100 gr blue key flour

20 gr milk powder

1 pack of vanilla powder

75 gr butter, melted


Spread : buttercream

Topping: grated cheese


How to cook it:

Beat the eggs using a mixer & sugar until they float thickly, enter the flour, milk powder and vanilla powder, mix well with a spatula.

Add melted butter mix well.

Put it in a 20x20 pan which has been smeared with margarine and lined with baking paper.

Put it in the oven and bake at 120'c on top and bottom for 25 minutes (depending on your oven) until cooked. let it cool, then spread the buttercream cake then sprinkle with grated cheese.
